Best Chili Ever Recipe
2 pounds ground chuck 1 29 oz. can kidney beans (with liquid) 1 29 oz. can pinto beans (with liquid) 1 29 oz. can tomato sauce (I usually buy smaller cans to add up to 29 oz.) 1 diced onion 1 small can diced green chili peppers 1 diced stalk of celery 3 medium tomatoes, chopped. If they look sad at the store, buy a can instead 1 Tbsp. cumin 3 Tbsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. salt 2 cups water salt to taste Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain fat. Add all other ingredients and simmer over low heat. Stir every 15 to 20 minutes for about 2 - 3 hours. Enjoy!!
