Those cute little frozen dough balls are my favorite! They are so versatile – I plan on sharing lots of fun ideas in the future. This one was just an idea I had that turned out marvelous.
I was getting dinner ready one night when ahaa! I got an idea! I had gotten a Everything Brooklyn Bagel Seasoning container in one of my FabFitFun boxes that I had never used. I thought, “oh, boy! That would be amazing on baked sliders (that I planned on using the leftover buns and meat for). So, I brushed the top of some of them with butter after they rose and sprinkled on the seasoning.
Much to my chagrin, those were the only ones eaten that night, and I did not get to use them for the sliders, but I did add the seasonings to the already baked ones when I made them.
This seasoning is so wonderful, I can’t wait to try it on other foods. What do you use it for?
I think it would taste great on everything! The Green Eggs and Ham book is coming to mind right now! Top bagels, focaccia, and other breads before baking. Sprinkle on plain cream cheese or smoked salmon. Use to season omelets, grilled fish and chicken, veggies, and more. Mix with breadcrumbs for a flavorful coating for fried foods. Add to avocado toast and kale chips. Add to popcorn!
