Salad Bars in Bozeman

I have been enjoying the wonderful soup and salad bar at the Food Co-op for weeks now and was hoping to change it up a bit.  So began my quest for the best salad bar in Bozeman.
Monday, I was doing some projects and had a late start at lunch.  I got to Pizza Hut at 12:40pm.  When I went inside, I wasn't greeted or seated - just kind of looked at.  I had to ask the girl at the front counter, "Do I seat myself?"  She told me to go ahead and sit where ever I wanted and what did I want her to bring me to drink.
Finding a spot to sit was harder than it looked.  The tables were empty, but they were all dirty.  I found one in the back of the restaurant (kind of a second room).  Up to the salad bar I go.  GROSS.  Cheese is everywhere.  Lettuce is half empty.  No ranch dressing.  Cottage cheese is half other salad bar items.  So - I had a little tiny salad and grabbed a piece of pizza.  Hoping for a restock of the salad bar and better options on the pizza.
That didn't happen.  The woman from the front counter came by and said, "It is now 1pm.  Nothing new will be stocked on the buffet, but we will leave what's there out for a little bit".  Fortunately, it was only $8.00.  However, I will never eat here again.
Tuesday, I had the brilliant idea of going to the Chinese Buffet.  I already know that the salad bar isn't great there, but crab wontons and general tso sound so good.
I go at 11:30 am because I do not want the issue of "no restocking the food" problems again.  I get to the door and notice a sign.  It says, "We are know open Saturdays 12 - 8, However we will be closing our doors permanently November 10th."  Well now, I am the first person to think that people don't care as much about their job when they know that they are leaving.  However, I am also an optimistic person and try to think good things for as long as I can.
I passed the salad bar.  It's not my cup of tea.  I hate dill in my ranch dressing.  And I've never been able to figure out how they make it have that yellow tint.  I go strait for the wontons and the general tsos.  The wontons were great.  The chicken and the fried rice I got with it were cold.  I worried about salmonella.  I tried a sesame chicken dish.  Also cold.  This buffet cost $12.00.  Not horrible, but when I consider the that I only truly ate 6 wontons, and I could order 8 for $8 off the menu, I definitely lost money here, too.
Next was Rosauers.  It was clean.  It had many protein options.  I really liked the kale.  it was $6.99/lb.  The ranch dressing was wonderful and they had full bottles of several dressings.  I will gladly keep this one on my list.
Clark's Fork.  Nice small salad bar.  Many people also go there for the sandwiches.  I mean lots and lots of people.  I like people.  Just not in a crowded place when I'm eating.  I need some room.  But, because of Monday, I am scared not to go at the politically correct lunch time.
Rendezous Dining Hall on Friday.  Whoop Whoop!! $11 for a lunch I will remember forever!  Look at all the options here  http://www.montana.edu/culinaryservices/residence_dining_commons/rendezvous_dining_pavilion.html

If you try any of these places or have ones to suggest, let me know!!
